It is important to take care of your own wellbeing as well as look out for others around you, including your family and friends. It is much easier to be there for your loved ones and support their wellbeing once you have cared for your own.

The COVID-19 pandemic can be a difficult time for many, so take steps to look after yourself and the people you care about. You might feel lonely, disconnected, anxious, uncertain about the future, agitated, short-tempered, and less patient.

Reach out for help if you need extra support – services are available to help with your mental health, financial problems, drug or alcohol misuse, and domestic/family violence.
